Friends and Art Collectors- It has almost been 2 years since Syzygy Gallery in the downtown Riverside District of Fort Myers has closed it's doors.
We want to thank everybody who contributed making it a success for the city. We were visited by the world- tourists and Lee County, Naples, Sarasota and Miami art lovers came to our gallery.
Our approach was very open and transparent. Besides offering contemporary art of local and international artists we offered workshops in art etc. to belly dancing classes.
Unfortunately the economy was struck badly in South West Florida and the leases were exuberantly irrational, forcing us to close the doors to one of the main attractions on First Street.
We wish all our customers and friends all the best. You are in our hearts. Thank you.

Update: Since we closed our doors of the gallery, 4-5 other well established galleries closed due to the same conditions-very sad.
