Jelly Belly by Christina Jarmolinski
This is one of my first Pop Art Paintings.......... I was living in Germany, found this Jelly Belly at a flee market - an American GI was selling it because he was leaving to go back home to the US. I was thrilled! A piece of Americana found in Augsburg, Germany! My American heart laughed and skipped a beat as I saw it! He sold it to me for 25 cents! I will be showing this painting at Act Gallery in Ft. Myers, Fl. starting August 3, 2012 for 1 month.

The Little Prince
The subject to this painting is my father. I found an old picture of my Dad. I abstracted the original photo somewhat, but I used royal colors to transmit my intentions to the viewer. I painted this in 2001.

The Drop
This morning I saw this DROP just ready to fall off of the Dieffenbachia leave. I was fascinated by the slow motion dripping of the drop! I planted this as a tiny plant a few months ago-It stands in our house.
